Drive-by…compliments?

Upon returning to the Plonemobile a couple of days ago here in San Francisco, I found a note under the windshield wiper.

Usually, the content of such notes mean that you just got a parking ticket, but this one was different:

We are doing socialedge.org on Plone. You rock!

I assume they saw the license plate, and left a note:

Social Edge is an NGO focused on social entrepreneurs. In their own words, their mission is to:

• Connect social entrepreneurs, their partners and allies to discuss cutting-edge issues shaping the field

• Foster frank dialogue, mutual respect and a sense of community among all in the sector

• Promote learning from the best, promising and disastrous practices

It certainly made my day. Thanks, Social Edge! Keep on fighting the good fight!
